Are filters and membranes included in service prices?
No. Service prices cover labour, cleaning and calibration. Genuine filters, membranes and parts are shown as optional add-ons or quoted after inspection — installed only with your approval.
How often should I service my RO?
Every 6 months for routine service, with sediment/carbon filters every 6–12 months and the membrane every 18–24 months depending on your input water TDS. Your Zaddy Manager can schedule these automatically.
What is the Multi-Unit Saver?
Homes with two or more purifiers get an automatic discount on additional units serviced in the same visit — the savings show live before you pay.
Is there a service warranty?
Yes — up to 30 days on service and 15 days workmanship assurance. Genuine filters and membranes carry the manufacturer warranty, shown on your digital invoice.
What TDS level is safe for drinking water?
50–150 ppm is generally considered ideal. Our technician measures input and output TDS on every visit and calibrates the TDS controller where the purifier supports it.
What does the RO Annual Care Plan cover?
Two scheduled services in 12 months, one genuine sediment filter, priority breakdown visits and 10% off all filters and membranes — per purifier, per year.
