Do prices include spare parts?
No — service pricing is labour-only unless marked 'material included'. Before installing any chargeable part, the technician shows you the part and price, and it goes on your digital invoice only after your approval. Customer-provided, technician-procured and Zaddy Marketplace parts are all supported.
How does the ₹199 visit fee work?
The standard Plumbing Visit / Diagnosis is ₹199. If you approve a qualifying repair during the same visit, the visit fee is adjusted against the repair labour as per the configured pricing rule.
Can I fix several small problems in one visit?
Yes — 'Fix Multiple Plumbing Issues in One Visit' lets you combine tasks like tap leakage, flush repair and jet spray in a single booking, with combo pricing applied automatically instead of multiple visit fees.
What about concealed or wall-internal leaks?
Concealed work is never silently billed. Book 'Find My Leakage' — the inspection maps the likely source, and any civil breaking, tile cutting, wall restoration, waterproofing or painting is quoted separately.
What is the workmanship support?
Minor repairs carry up to 7-day workmanship support and installations up to 30 days (admin-configurable). It covers the work performed — not customer-supplied defective parts, unrelated pipeline defects, old fixtures or new damage.
Can I add extra manpower for heavy jobs?
Yes — add TaskMate support for moving water tanks, heavy sanitary fixtures, large basins or material handling. TaskMates assist the professional but never perform skilled plumbing work.
Do you handle emergency plumbing?
Yes — burst pipes, major leakage, tank overflow and severe drainage backup get priority technician assignment subject to availability. Final repair cost is shown before work starts wherever diagnosis is required.
