How much does an electrician visit cost?
An Electrician Inspection Visit is ₹149 and includes problem inspection, basic diagnosis and a repair estimate. If you approve a qualifying repair in the same visit, the fee may be adjusted as per Zaddy Fixit business rules.
Are electrical materials included in the price?
No — listed prices are labour. Switches, sockets, wires, MCBs and other materials are extra unless specifically mentioned. You can supply your own, ask the technician to procure approved material, or buy from Zaddy Marketplace. No material is ever purchased without your digital approval.
Can I book multiple small electrical jobs together?
Yes — Build My Electrical Job lets you combine several tasks (2 switches + 1 fan + 1 tube light + 1 MCB, for example) into one visit. Up to 5 jobs per visit, larger scopes go through inspection.
Do you repair ceiling fans?
Yes — ceiling fan repair starts at ₹149 and covers motor/capacitor inspection, standard repair labour and a speed test. Motor rewinding is outsourced and quoted after inspection.
Can you repair MCB tripping problems?
Yes — book MCB Tripping Diagnosis (₹199). The electrician isolates circuits, measures load, identifies the fault and shares an estimate before any repair.
Do you provide complete house wiring?
Yes — as a quotation project. Full home rewiring is never guess-priced: a site survey, load assessment and written quotation come first, and work starts only after your approval.
Can I buy switches or fans from Zaddy and get them installed?
Yes — pick products from Zaddy Marketplace and add professional installation in the same flow where available.
Can an electrician come for an emergency?
Yes — the Electrical Emergency panel books a priority visit (charges shown before confirmation). Assignment is subject to technician availability in your area.
Is electrical work covered under Zaddy Membership?
