AC Service FAQs
How often should AC servicing be done?
At least twice a year — once before summer and once mid-season. Heavy-use or dusty environments may need quarterly care.
What is the difference between basic and deep service?
Basic AC Service is routine inspection and essential cleaning. Foam + Power Jet Deep Service adds foam treatment and power-jet washing for evaporator coils, blower and drains — our most recommended pre-summer option.
Does AC service include gas refill?
No. Refrigerant charging is separate and diagnosis-led — we never top up gas without a pressure and leakage inspection.
What if my AC is not cooling?
Book an AC Diagnosis (₹249). The technician identifies the exact cause and shares a repair estimate — chargeable work starts only after your approval.
Are spare parts included?
No service price includes spare parts. Parts are quoted after inspection and carry the applicable manufacturer/vendor warranty.
Is there a service warranty?
Yes — up to 7 days workmanship assurance on cleaning and up to 30 days on eligible repair labour, as per our configurable warranty rules shown on your invoice.
Can I book service for multiple AC units?
Yes — select the number of ACs during booking. The Family Saver bundle automatically lowers the per-AC price for 2–5 units.
Can I add my AC to My Home?
